Poster instructions: The only constraint about posters is the size. Posters should preferably be of A1 format (not A0 !). A1 format is (594 mm × 841 mm), portrait orientation. The rest is just open for creativity!

Notifications of acceptance for regular paper will be sent by May, 1st 2016. (Postdeadline papers will received notifications on a case-to-case basis.)


Important information: Regular paper may still be submitted until May, 12th 2016 (post-deadline papers) with the following constraints, they will only be considered as poster  presentation. There is no extension for early bird registration rate. 


Invited paper may be submitted until June, 1st 2016.

Accepted papers submitted to PULMM will be published in MATEC Web of Conferences, an online, open-access and indexed proceeding.

The MATEC Web of Conferences document class is derived from the LaTeX2e article.cls based on TEX version 3.141 and LaTeX2e. You may use it with the LaTeX engine or the PDFLaTeX engine. Be sure that the LaTeX version is at least the 2007 version. If you version is older than 2007, please update it. If you are unable to easily update your old version, you may add some specific packages in your local directory.

The macropackage in LaTeX2e, designed for MATEC Web of Conferences, is available via anonymous ftp from the ftp server:

ftp.edpsciences.org/pub/web-conf

At the time of the submission, submit your paper in a pdf format.

Accepted papers will appear in MATEC Web of Conferences, and will be published as open access. The copyright is retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons Attribution license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Authors grant EDP Sciences a license to publish the article and identify EDP Sciences as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use, distribute and reproduce the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. Together with the paper, you will have to fill in this license agreement and return it to the organizer.
